Maidenhead Locator – KM64 EV
The property has a Copper Earth System that goes approx 40ft into the ground. This earth is routed to the Office at bedroom level. The downstairs’ office, which could also be used as a bedroom, is currently used as an amateur radio hobby room.
A 12in diameter plastic pipe leads from the office to the side garden to allow cables to be easily run into the hobby-room. The property has a three phase electricity supply with UK style mains sockets throughout.
A 60 foot Versatower tilt-over tower is located to the side of the property. It is fitted with a 115 volt electric winch to raise or lower the tower. A wall mounted 115 volt supply is provided near the tower. The tower currently supports a 7 element long Yagi for 6 Meter EME.
